At Al Arab Perfume, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that every product is delivered in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested perfumes.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must:

Be unused and unopened

Be in its original packaging

Be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective product

The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be approved if:

The product received is damaged or defective

The wrong item was delivered

The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been completed
Refund requests for personal preference, fragrance expectations, or opened products will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through:

The original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

An alternative method agreed upon with the customer
Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds after successful delivery unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
