Al Arab Perfume offers premium fragrances and perfume products. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in packaging or product appearance may occur.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online Payments

Al Arab Perfume reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales periods, or due to courier delays.

  • Customers may receive an order confirmation call or message before dispatch.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.

A replacement may be provided only if:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product is defective upon arrival.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Limitation of Liability
